Device are already in use Error - When adding new device

While trying to add a new MX device to a dashboard (Internal Testing) I am getting the following Error. 

Device are already in use Error - When adding new device

If its new, Contact meraki support

 

If you bought it 2nd hand contact previous owner, to unclaim the device

WW gave you the correct advice. If you bought it new reach out to either your reseller or Meraki support. If it was purchased second hand you need to contact the seller and ask them to unclaim the item from their dashboard.
