Are the switch uplinks/downlinks on that switch configured to all the right native VLAN and Allowed VLANs set to allow traffic for your AP (management VLAN and SSIDs)?

Have you compared the port configuration settings (port that it was taken from and port where it is now connected - native VLAN and Allowed VLANs)? Is the new port on that switch enabled?

There are a couple of places you can find when you lost WAN connectivity. Security & SD-Wan > Appliance Status > Summary shows green/red indicator for connectivity or outage. Or Security & SD-Wan > Appliance Status > Uplink will show missing areas if WAN1 or WAN2 are down. In the example above the cellular uplink was repositioned twice and you can see WAN2 outage for brief periods (latency).

Although I haven't tried this in quite a long time, there is a feature to add a custom pie chart on the dashboard found in Network-wide > Monitor > Clients > Application details page that you can specify specific URLs, etc. Next-gen Traffic Analytics - Network-Based Application Recognition (NBAR) Integration

The "timeline" option might provide you the best option to see all 2.4GHz devices as it allows ALL APs.

Or you can go to each AP and select "health" and filter by band as well to see clients on the 2.4GHz SSID.

You can go to each AP and select "connection log" to filter by 2.4GHz or 5GHz to see the clients on each AP. That's not necessarily a report as you inquired about but does show clients on the 2.4GHz SSID.
