Our two Cisco Meraki Switch devices are currently not working. Although the power supply is reaching

Our two Cisco Meraki Switch devices are currently not working. Although the power supply is reaching the switches and the power LEDs are on, the switches are not functioning and there is no network connectivity.

Kindly provide necessary support to resolve.

If this were my project, I'd probably open a support case to find out if they are truly not working....if that is in fact the case, they can start the RMA process simultaneously.

Have you claimed the switched to the Meraki Dashboard? Are the showing as online in the Dashboard?
