Can an organization split be used to split an organization into a new global region? No. The new organization is created on the same Meraki backend server as the original organization.   Under Dashboard > Switching > Configure > Switch settings you might check to see if you have the right VLAN (if you move away from VLAN 1).   Also, ensure that the native VLAN and allowed VLAN lists on both ends of trunks are identical. If you don't use a virtual uplink IP (VIP), each MX will use its own uplink IP for outbound traffic.   This is supported, but failover will be more disruptive—active sessions will drop and need to be reestablished. The "No Proposal Chosen" error when configuring a site-to-site VPN between a Meraki MX67 and a SonicWall usually means the phase 2 parameters do not match between the devices.  If you are using custom IPsec policies on the MX, make sure the SonicWall settings match those custom parameters.
