What method of authentication are you using, is it possible that EAP is timing out and the user is having to re-authenticate to the wifi?    3. Do you have any traffic shaping enabled i.e. per user or per SSID bandwidth limit and could you be maxing out your WAN connection?    4. Are all of the users joining the same teams meeting from Multiple devices? Could you try another approach of using a room based system reducing the load to a single connection?  ... View more

@Conrad13 I thought it was worth mentioning that the reason you have to claim and unclaimed devices is to stop device theft. Now it won't stop someone physically taking the hardware but it at least stop them from using it.    If your friend can un-claim the device from their Org as has been mentioned then you should be able to claim it in your however you will need to purchase a license for the access point as all devices need to be licensed to work. Meraki doesn't offer a migration service like some other vendors do, I suspect the reason is MX are quite a bit different in the way they are managed compared to other brands.    My suggestion would be to plan the migration out in stages i.e. research/planning/ initial config/ changeover/tidy up/  debrief. @bradly this is a default tag that Systems manager applies to newly enrolled devices, it's meant to help admins quickly identify devices that have just been enrolled.
