I had the same issue, with the exception of im behind a Merak MX 100! i asked support to identify what device was complaining, it was one random switch while the rest of my environment was fine. i went and rebooted it and the dashboard notice went away about a day later. Support also gave me the same response but, like you i know our ISP isn't blocking anything. I suspect its a bit of a bug in the MS software.

Best there is the documentation that they provide, it has the radiation pattern. Since each environment is vastly different, the AP will behave very differently. What kind of information are you looking for?

Heh... check this out. I did this for our school, Fortnite will load, but with ping times of well over 1000ms its mostly useless! To find this information, i loaded up the game on a work computer and did a wireshark capture, from there i made this rule. Works wonders!

Welcome to the world of Wi-Fi! I hate to say it, but that will probably cause more issues then anything else. If the device sees that as the recommended AP it will keep attempting to connect to it because the device doesn't know its been blacklisted. Your best option is to review your AP placement and adjust power levels, maybe even bring in a 2nd AP to serve the area. You could also make an SSID per floor, but that will become a problem if devices move.

That's a good idea @Adam, however we don't have that and if our routing were to change to something on the LAN we would be in major trouble. i did double check and its still using the default route to the WAN interface. At this point im at a bit of a loss!

@PhilipDAth yeah, even if i go via the normal route everything is still blank. Im currently running the stable 13.28, and i do get the emails so i believe it to be working just not showing in the dashboard for some reason. I haven't tried turning the threat protection off and on, maybe?

Good morning, I've been having issues where ill get an email from the dashboard saying that something has been blocked by our MX, when i click the link and it brings me to the security center it always says no events, regardless of the filter timeline. I currently have an open case but its been open for months now with no change. Anybody else seeing this or herd of what is being done to fix it? Regards, Dylan.

For me, my usage and client counts for both my switching and applience network are incorrect. For the usage graphs its very erratic where the graph normally shows a steady increase as the day goes on. For the client counts, all of my clients are showing as offline, normally the indicator is green beside each client but right now they are gray.

Good afternoon Community! I just started noticing issues with our dashboard where all of our clients are appearing as offline. I've also noticed that the usage graphs for today are completely wrong with a whole bunch of spikes where normally its a smooth increase as clients arrive during the day. Anyone else seeing this? No worries, if that isn't the case, then id check things like DNS, if that checks out then maybe you've got a bad link somewhere limiting you to 100mbps. Have fun!
