Bookmarked for later. My customers have stated how simple Meraki have made their hardware from simple things such as: - The actual cardboard the device ships in contains no waste I.e plastic bags, polystyrene etc - no unwanted power cables - the switches, MXs have the mounting wings built in so there’s no time wasted screwing in the mounts. And don’t mention the anxiety of losing a mounting screw!!!

Hi @Rahul_Wankhade , do you have different VLANs/subnets behind the SSID that the 8821s are connected to? If not, change from layer 3 roaming to bridged mode. This will then allow 802.11r and is much better for roaming anyway.

Opening ticket to the support and they confirm the cause of network down is because MX overload, the event dropped log is because of spike of traffic that not getting logged on MX utilization. Maybe its time to look for bigger firewall.

@Q313 if you have internal services that you want to publish externally you can use 1:1 NAT to map the internal servers to a unique external address. You just cannot do this for VPN connections or subnets.

Hi @Noah014 , why don’t you create a test Network and place one of your APs in for such testing. This way you can be confident that you’ve done your due diligence before upgrading your production environment.

There’s nothing in the datasheets that state otherwise. As it’s for a trial won’t your Meraki AM loan the eqpt to the customer so you can verify?
