Hi all, we have started getting problem from all different sites with AP's dropping of network (or loose connection) since around 3-4AM this morning. I'm not sure if its our firewall or just the connection to Meraki cloud or if Cisco has problem? Have you notice anything?
[Update 09:35] Got this link:
https://community.meraki.com/t5/Meraki-Service-Notices/bg-p/service-notices
[Update 12:45] Still not solved. We're having lot of connection problems between AP/MX and Cloud.
Same Problem here all MR36, MR46, MR46E, MR55 are affected saying "no connectivity".
But all MR42, MR42E, MR33, MR32, MR18 are not affected, also all switches are not affected.
Same problem !!!
The access points and MXs are being disconnect and connect continuously from the cloud
Our MX's and MR44, MR76 is affected.
It would appear this is a known issue by Meraki this morning, impacting Europe based customers. Just called them and they have a text to speak message advising.
User traffic appears to be fine, just the monitoring/dashboard part is having issues
Hi TomasB
The same is going on here, fairly new environment. Mx250 and 105 APs are effected.
No response from Meraki
pffff
Best,
Anton
The devices are working well, only the dashboard connection is affected. Users don´t see any trouble.
same here in the UK, up and down since 3am
Hi AxL1971,
The ap's in Amsterdam seem to be connected again,
only things like RF spectrum are not working
we have a mixture of AP's and MS switches, only the AP's lost connection to the dashboard, the switches did not
The service ticket has been updated and we stopped seeing issues about 30 minutes ago.
Still a few AP´s not reachable
samere here started again, so not entirely resolved.
Same Problem.
We had around an hour of stability and now APs are reporting as offline and then back on repeatedly.
Your best off referring to https://community.meraki.com/t5/Meraki-Service-Notices/Dashboard-connectivity-in-Europe-region/ba-p/... the official thread on this, rather then the unneeded updates of peoples individual status
To be fair that thread had the issue still marked as resolved when most of the most recent updates were posted.
The posts here were a useful resource to see that I wasn't the only one and saved me from making a call to Meraki support as was advised on the official thread.
Only WiFi6 APs and MX250s affected for us as well:
It was marked as solved, but it isn´t. Problems still occure.
Still seeing the issue here wth MR44 APs reporting as down across our sites.
Still Problems.
HERE ist the Mail Thread:
It says user traffic is not directly affected but it is. The network drops for up to a minute every time it happens. No internet.
@SergeD are you using 802.1x? The service alert says that this may be affected.
nope, just PSK. This is my home network. Haven't checked work network yet which is also in the UK. Its all good now though. Dont know about you guys?
Seems to be good now, no issue since an hour.
We last saw an issue at 12:42 GMT, so fingers crossed this issue is resolved.
Here we go again.....#

And Here the "Resolved" tread:
this is not acceptable.
Last week, there were again these incorrect displays for various customers.
