Hello,

 

We are aware of an issue on November 3, 2022 at 4:00 pm PDT, where a subset of these switches were impacted by an unexpected event.

 

The Cisco engineering team was able to identify these devices, and a Meraki dashboard banner was posted for potentially affected Customers. The Meraki team has reached out to potentially affected customers and we are working with them on recommended next steps and support.

Hello,

 

We are investigating an issue where a small number of MX Security Appliances running AnyConnect client VPN are failing to accept new connections, starting around 10/27/2022 14:45 GMT.

 

Our development team has identified the problem and is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that Dashboard config changes on all MX networks with AnyConnect enabled may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

RESOLVED at 5:38 UTC: The issue with AutoVPN tunnels in MX18 has been identified and rectified in code. All nodes would restore the tunnels following a successful configuration fetch.

We would like to make you aware of a vulnerability reported by Microsoft CVE-2022-35748 , triggering SNORT rule 1-60381 . 

SNORT is correctly protecting your networks from a known vulnerability and therefore operating as intended. 

 

Our recommendation at this time is to follow Microsoft's guidance and ensure that your Servers, OS and software are up to date with the latest security patches. 

 

Should you be experiencing further issues with the IPS/IDS feature of the MX after you completed your updates, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Enterprise Support team.

Meraki is aware of an ongoing issue with org admins being unable to view networks that are bound to templates with an error message of " View Failed to load". 

 

Our Dev team is actively working on it with priority.

Hello!

 

We are experiencing an outage with our phone service which is affecting inbound calling. Our service provider is aware of the problem and are working on getting this fixed.

Hello Everyone,

 

We are aware of Meraki nodes reporting issues with dashboard connectivity within the EU region. If you have nodes losing connectivity to Dashboard and if your dashboard organization is hosted in Europe then it's most likely related to this. You can verify by scrolling to the bottom of the page and it would say which region your organization is hosted in. 

 

End-user traffic should not be impacted by this. It has been marked as Sev 1 internally and we are working on addressing it with the highest priority. Please follow this thread for updates.

Good day great people of the Community,

 

We are currently aware of connectivity issues for a proportion of networks in the EMEAR region. 

 

Symptoms include devices showing as offline on Dashboard, which may be extending to a portion of hosted services as well.

 

We are investigating the situation and will provide further updates in due course.

We have reports of issues with user creation/updates (password reset, SAML), moving nodes between networks, and devices unable to check-ins for newly created networks.

 

Meraki is working on it with the highest priority to resolve it.

We are currently aware that the latest Microsoft Windows Update - KB5009543 - is causing issues in the L2TP VPN connectivity. If you upgrade your Microsoft Operative system to this version at this stage, users of Client VPN will hit error 789 and fail to connect.

Meraki Dev team is aware of issues with the Dashboard with devices that are not checking in(new or when moving between networks) & password reset requests are failing. So if you are experiencing any of the above-mentioned issues or some other task on Dashboard is failing then it is most likely going to be related to the outage.

 

It is being worked on with the highest priority and we will keep this post up to date with the latest so stay tuned.
