VLAN and Panda Antivirus default

Hello,

We use Panda Antivirus.
We are using an MX-100.
We have allowed URLs to reach Panda servers.

No problem on VLAN-1

But on VLAN-3 with the VPN disabled, the PCs cannot join the Panda servers.

What to do ?
