Comes here often

Hi @Jenn_G

Currently I have the only supported version for the C9500 17.12 running for Dashboard monitoring. The dashboard keeps dropping out on these devices due to a known bug. So basicly it does not work at all.

If I were to join this Trial, how will this affect the existing running Configuration on the Switches?  Can you please explain what "Manual correction" is required?

Thanks

Scott

Hi @ScottMcD  - Trial is on 17.15 release so you would need to upgrade and offboard from the current monitoring solution to participate.  The note about manual correct is only relevant to folks who attempt onboarding before they are green lit for trial participation and receive an email from Stomio notifying them of their participation acceptance.  Regarding what we configure, here's the documentation for the wireless service already launched to public - it's essentially identical: https://documentation.meraki.com/Cloud_Monitoring_for_Catalyst/Onboarding/Cloud_Monitoring_Catalyst_...
