I've been reporting an error that's appearing on my Cisco Meraki equipment. Unable to fetch configuration

The same is without internet access, due to this error, I would like you to respond quickly, because my company is down due to the problem.

Will the issue still occur if you use another site with a different uplink? I heard that people physically pull power and plug it back in to bring the system back up to solve this issue.
