So this morning my inbox had a random email from Cisco listing 7 MS225-48FP switches that were being replaced, the odd thig is the serial numbers listed are "., ., ., ., ., ., ." on every single line, I have no open RMA case and I have had 7 of these switches replaced due to the temp issue in the past.
