Work profile and Apps cannot appear

Work profile and Apps cannot appear

hi. i just tried android enroll on my meraki system. everything looks good when i set up the system manager. but after the work profie has been created. The Work profile and all aplication work dont appear. Is there any suggest to resolve this problem. Do i have to factory reset device ?  i use android 6.

Try going:

Systems manager/Settings/Add/More Android/Android System Apps

Change "List Type" to "Blacklist" and click save.
