Hi guys,
We have just purchased new phones to changeover the old ones. All of our existing phones are fully supervised in Meraki.
What is the recommended way to do the changeover so that we can bring users data across to new phones?
I have seen in here a lot of people recommend using iCloud which we really don't use.
Will a backup of old phones through iTunes and then restore new phones from that backup work?
Will I need to run through the initial configuration first?
