MX68W unable to Jouin Internet

Firewalll was connected to the internet... DHCP uplink..using WAN1 ... no issues

It was disconnected and reconnected to the same Link..ISP Provider

Gateway is working

the Cloud dashboard still shows the same original IP of the WAN  but is not Joining to dashboard

I already reset the device.. but still unable to join to dashboard

and the same ip is still showed at the dashboard

also we try using WAN2 DHCP , disabling original WAN1 . no success but the Dashboard still shows the original IP

Kind of a big deal

You'll need to access the local device status page to determine where the issue lies. It will tell you the status of your MX and it's reachability to the internet and to the Meraki dashboard

Hello..  I did also went into the local Mahangeet web page before to reset the device locally.  the Connectivity was finally restored, but this issue was not connectivity neither local configuration... something was odd with the dashboard.

I was able to connect another device to the Gateway and get an IP

What I finally did after 2 oe 3 hours of work

Got an IP on another device

at the dashboard set that IP for the WAN1 port

rebooted

dashboard was still showing a previous IP at General configuration other than the one set manually on WAN1

waited some minutes entered to dashboard and set the IP to Automatic (WAN1)

and ... finally the device .. automatically udated their information on the dashboard and connectivity restored.
