I did open a case and I just spoke with support. He asked me to power cycle a port and it did log the event. The devices on this switch are cameras therefore they are pretty steady in their function. The switch is functioning as expected.

My users are using zoom desktop. They say as soon as they disconnect from the wi fi ap then it works.

I am wondering if other Meraki users have run into a situation that users are reporting having trouble sharing desktop while using Meaki wireless devices. I have the Guest network with NAT and the private is open to the LAN. I can understand why it wouldn't work on the Guest network but not sure why it won't work on the private

I get a OSPF neighbor down OSPF neighbor Up. This events are within a couple of minutes. I get the same message in the uplink of port of the core switch

I have a bit of a mystery. I have one switch that is drops for a couple of minutes the ospf neighbors. Basically the network drops for a bit then comes back. The switch is a ms 320 poe. It has been installed for over 4 years and now it is having problems. None of my other Meraki switches has any issue. The weird part is that it happens every other Wed at 330 to 340 pm. I have spoken with our ISP and all they see on their equipment is a drop of throughput. Meraki never loses the dashboard since it is not long enough. The switches are ok. No power drop. Nothing has changed in the hardware side. Any ideas? Does Meraki have DHCP request to be done at certain times? The Switch has a static management interface.

We are driven by statistics. I would love to be able to mine all the data available via custom build reporting. I think we could beef up of infrastructure with a more visible way of documenting our usage.

We have a accept our term and conditions on our guest WiFi SSID. Every once in a while there will be a device that refuses to launch the accept term and condition page. The jitter bug from what I am told by the user it is tightly secure and when it associates with our guest SSID it gets stuck in limbo

The application is already on the cloud. The main issue and maybe I should have started with this. We have a inline webfilter that all traffic flows through. So my boss would like to allow this app to go unfiltered to the cloud. We have a second line to the internet that we could leave with out filter and let the app go through but to be honest I don't know if you can separate the traffic on the 420 and send it a different path.

Thank you for the answer. I looked up some of those features but I have two questions: 1) The second WAN is only available as a warm spare. Correct? 2) The web application is a custom application. That is why I thought that maybe the only way to capture traffic would be through the VLAN

I wanted to get my feelers out for a issue that I have. I have a web app that I want to route via the WAN through a different ISP gateway. For example right now all traffic gets pipe thought a MS 420 with a single gateway to the internet. I want to take some traffic VLAN XX and routed to another 420 with a different internet path out. Keep in mind that VLAN XX. I am not sure that is possible but I like to see if I over looked a Meraki feature. Thank you for the help
