Licenses VPP free app to pay app

Hello All

I have a problem with how to add a promotion key to an app.

We get from Medlyn app keys for use but the problem is this a free app nut when you have the key you have a pro version where are more futures. They said the activation you can add only using a VPP.

Is anybody know how to do that, please?

@Lukaszb If you are using VPP to deploy app's the developer needs to make the app free or paid. In app purchases are not supported when using VPP. 

VPP use to support purchasing app's and being able to give an app key to end users however this is no longer a thing as far as I know.
