Issues enrolling device into MDM account

I wiped an HP Pro Slate 12 tablet and am trying to register it to our MDM account...  

Every time I click the enroll device button, then click the encrypt device buttons, the tablet reboots.   It doesn't go through the encrypt process and prompts to enroll the next time I open the Meraki MDM.  

Any ideas ?

Any software updates available for the HP?  Sounds like it could be a firmware issue if it is rebooting.
