There is a new image quality option for MV32: 2058x2058 resolution at 1Mbps bitrate and 8fps. Previously, the MV32 had 4 quality options:
- 2058x2058 at 5Mbps
- 2058x2058 at 3Mbps
- 1080x1080 at 2Mbps
- 1080x1080 at 1Mbps
The new option will be the new 2058 x 2058 “Standard” quality, and the previous two (5Mbps and 3Mbps) will be “Enhanced” and “High”, respectively. Any current settings for resolution, bitrate and frame rate on deployed cameras will not be affected.
This new 2058 x 2058 option provides organizations with a higher level of detail (due to increased pixel count pixels), while still maximizing retention due to the lower bitrate.
