Guided Troubleshooting for Unreachable Devices ✨

The enhanced dashboard alerts now include more details and link the guided workflow for suggested actions, making it easier to troubleshoot and connect with support-all in one place. 

 

What's new? 

 

  • Enhanced alert visibility: All Dashboard alerts now display when an issue began. A "Suggested Actions" link is visible, ensuring the next step is always accessible. 
  • Guided troubleshooting: "Unreachable Device" suggested actions guide you through each step to bring your device back online with the option to submit a support case through this workflow. Your troubleshooting progress is automatically logged in your case.
