We're just starting our first Meraki deployment, so I took "Deploying a Meraki-Managed Wireless Solution".

I thought it was a nice introduction to get us plugged in and on our way to configuring our first wireless network! Thanks for making resources like this available to new users.

I just did the Meet AI Assistant for Networking and Introducing the Cisco Campus Gateway!

The AI module was nice and i look forward to trying it out in some of my larger deployments.

Campus Gateway was nice, but i wish there was some hands on in the module. Maybe something for a more advanced campus gateway track 🙂

I completed "Meet AI Assistant for Networking" training.  It doesn't get enough into the meat and potatoes of what it can and can't do.  The AI often just pushes the user to the help manual pages and that's not very helpful, we could have just went there in the first place.  They don't mention that in the training.

Meraki Solutions for Systems Engineers Stage1&2

Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions Stage1&2

Meraki Troubleshooting for Support Engineers Stage1&2

And an additional requirement within the courses

It took me some time, but the CTF theme is great!

Can't wait to keep exploring and learning more from the solutions!

I recently completed a "Introducing the Meraki Platform" course and I’d like to share my thoughts:

  • User Interface & Navigation: The platform is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Appreciate how easily it's to find and launch the course which was interesting to me.
  • Content Quality: The course content was well-structured, engaging, and relevant to my role. The mix of videos, quizzes, and interactive elements kept the learning experience dynamic.
  • Performance & Accessibility: The course loaded smoothly without any technical issues. It was also accessible across devices, which made it convenient to continue learning on the go.
  • Suggestions for Improvement: It would be great to have a progress tracker or dashboard that shows overall progress for the enrolled courses all in all and upcoming recommendations based on my learning path.

I just finished the Meet AI Assistant for Networking module!,

The Cisco AI Assistant truly simplifies troubleshooting, helping to quickly identify problem locations like the "Front of House AP" for wireless issues, and diagnosing related protocols or configuration errors such as WPA-PSK authentication failures or DHCP server policy issues. This capability greatly speeds up resolution times by providing immediate context and solutions, allowing IT to focus on core technologies; I imagine it would be amazing if it could also analyze Wi-Fi stability signals history in a specific AP, and if we could obtain SaaS health statistics, it would provide context much faster and enable even more efficient troubleshooting.

Hello,

I have just finished the Introducing the Cisco Campus Gateway module in the new Learning Hub. It's been a while since I used the Learning Hub, but this new design and approiach is much more convinient and clear for me. The module itself (The Campus Gateway in the Meraki Dashboard) was new for me, so I found it interesting and informative. I can recommend it for everyone else.

Which course or module you took? I took and completed "Migrating Catalyst Switches for Cloud Management", that because we have a bunch of C9300 switches but also for branches we have Meraki switches deployed so this could be a great opportunity to merge both switches under a single pane of glass.
