Hi everyone, Thanks for all the replies. Just wanted to let you the autoconnect is working now, PhilipDAth you were right it was something to do with the GPO and not the SSID. I'm not sure if it was the SSID name length or if I'd made a typo in the GPO but I changed and reduced the SSID name and now it works just as before. So a big thanks to you all. dave

If you're doing the VLAN and adding it to wireless it should apply to the MR page. Unless you're doing wired I dont see that option.

yes thank you very much means 3 from each ISP connection, (2 VIPs and 4 IPs for MX 1 and MX 2 WAN links)

Thanks to all for replying, I didn't receive notification of thread replies hence the delay. It sounds like in my structure, I might be better off having each switch do its own thing (multiple VLANs), since I can't logically break out the areas to have one or two core switches.

http://setup.meraki.com try going here and using your serial number as the username. must be connected to the MX in question.

Insight bases its analysis on DPI like techniques on the real user traffic. So you would have to have it go through the MX. Maybe you could have it go through the MX and fallback to your current routing instead in case of problems. But that seems like a needlessly complex setup and I'm a fan of k.i.s.s. In the future they may add the sensor functionality to the switches and APs...

We ditched 2.4Ghz last year as there is just fair to much interference on that frequency from neighbouring properties. Since we stopped using it most of our problems have gone.

Yes, but make sure to allow the IP's/VLANS that need to access this. Make a test group policy see if it works.

Thanks, I contacted support and they managed to resolve the issue (two issues), The settings were not applying because a setting wouldn't apply to shared iPads. The VPP issue managed to sort itself out! Thanks again! Kelvin

be careful with MX acting as access point; if you need MX radius accounting (p.e. if you have integration with external platforms for CMX, location analytics, etc) you'll have a problem because this functionality is not supported at MX products. regards, F.

In the L3 firewall rules you do not need to have the wild card. By just adding the URL it should pass.
