I have an online AnyConnect profile editor you can use. https://ifm.net.nz/cookbooks/online-anyconnect-profile-editor.html   For Windows, this needs to go into this directory: %ProgramData%\Cisco\Cisco Secure Client\VPN\Profile   If you are deploying AnyConnect using IntuneWin, you can also place the profile in this directory, and it will be deployed automatically at install time.   If you are prepared to do a bit of setup work, you can also use the Cisco SecureClient cloud management portal.  The client pulls all of its configs from that (it also lets you push client updates easily). https://secure-client.apjc.security.cisco.com/   ... Just had another related issue where an order didn't generate licenses because the MX licenses on the order were SEC but the VMX was ENT. My disti had to open a CS case which then generated the licenses and then had to go through the mentioned support process to claim then. Might recommend partners putting VMX (and Z4) licenses on a seperate PO for now to avoid the intermediate step. ... View more

OS is Windows 11 and these are brand new laptops. Have tested by building a clean install Windows 11 VM and also see the same behaviour. The SM agent is v4.2.2, but as mentioned these are App installs via MDM that are failing including the install of the SM Agent itself. Thanks ... View more
