There might be issues if HW is RMA´d and fullfillment channel is different compared to original. I suggest you check in advance with your Meraki AM or the the export/compliance/support teams.

Interesting, having worked with various MDM providers Í really feel Meraki is really good price / features ratio in the market. Would be nice to hear what you´re needs are and what vendors have you evaluated. Nevertheless the Free 100 program has been discontinued two years ago already. https://meraki.cisco.com/support/#policies:smfree100 Hope you get your issues fixed.

Hello there Recently watched a webinar and Kevin mentioned that you´re now able to share your SSID info to users in app. I´m using Android app v 1.0.14 and I can only press share and QR code appears on the screen. I´ve understood that I should be able to have more options for sharing my SSID. Is the sharing feature only limited to App store application or is my Android app not working properly? Thanks in advance

Hello all Based on the info found in this community I´ve found out an assumption that you can´t create a Meraki Go account if you already have a Meraki enterprise account created for the same email address. I currently have Meraki enterprise and Meraki Go accounts with separate email aliases and this is working fine. I´d test this by using the same email I´ve setup Enterprise account but I currently do not have any unclaimed Go subscription to test this with. Could you confirm that its not possible to run Go and Enterprise accounts with same customer email?

I´ve noticed that Meraki holds some account info for shipping purposes and this might be associated to the actual dashboard account creator. This results to the fact that even partner/disti places the order with correct EU and shipping info they might send that shipping notification to faulty recipient. When that person leaves or you need to change contacts for shipping I´ve contacted Meraki rep and shipping@meraki.com to assign changes. Note that the request needs to come from that specific Meraki customer. Ie partner or disti can not request changes like this.

Hello Wondering if its possible to change Meraki go subscription end user details after the original purchase? Ie. partner buys 50 aps with 3yr licenses and disti delivers order to partner stock. Partner then sells to multiple end customers?

Thanks sir, that´s what I´ve figured out too. Lets wait for updates then. As a disti manager I feel that this approach of giving out skus on datasheets before actual general availibility is misleading us as partners and pretty sure customers as well. Looking forward to official statements.

Hello Vision team & community I just read an blogpost by Dimitrie Sandu and found out that there is MA-PWR-MV-LV power accessory available and datasheet also confirms this. https://meraki.cisco.com/lib/pdf/meraki_datasheet_mv12.pdf Trying to look for list pricing and availibility info I failed to find this sku. It does not appear in the latest EMEAR (EU) pricing list dated 8.5.2018 nor in the weekly stock availibility report. Could you please confirm when is this going to be available and what is the list price in Europe. Thanks
