It seems reading around and in this post That the management IP needs to be from the access VLAN to the MX. So in the case of the documentation the management IP would be in the 192.168.50.0/30 range. Making the management IP of the switch 192.168.50.2 Do I have this correct?

Hi all, I am deploying an MX with an 8 stack of MS switches. I plan to deploy to them using Layer 3 routing on the MS switches. Agreed - very useful checking Camera feeds and equipment status. If the app expanded it could be used for monitoring camera feeds locally via an iPad etc (big long time wish this one!)

Do you know what method the phones are using to stay registered with the PBX? Is there a PBX interface where you can see which extensions are online etc. You could attempt to forward SIP traffic and audio directly to a phone to confirm if it is the gateway that is causing the issue. Do you have anything upstream from the MX100?

Have you checked the basics through? You can fully route to the server IP and it can route back? Anything in the logs? Re-entered the secrets again just to be sure etc

You can indeed - i've taken a snap of one of mine. There is a small part removed so you fit a cable (this is the MA-MNT-MR-11) I have slimline ethernet cable but a normal one will fit. Its only on one side though - so if you are coming from a different direction you may need to modify the bracket.
