To me it seem like a connection problem between the management IP of the switch to the radius server. Is the management IP of the switch defined as a network device and authorized as a radius source on the raduis server? Is the appropriate firewall and routing in place between the switch and radius? Thanks.  Did a factory reset by holding the mode button down for 21s.  Came back online with a private IP address on VLAN1.  I can see successful DNS and SSL traffic going to Meraki public IPs but still can't get to a local status page.  Rebooted many times now and left for hours at a time to register but still showing as offline in the Dashboard.  Console port shows nothing, management port nothing.  The lack of visibility here is quite frustrating.  I have now a quite expensive switch door stop! ... The only workaround I have found for this is to move the MR56 APs to a different network.  Then change the channel assignments to remove the "5-lo" channels.  Then move the APs back.  Quite what the impact is on doing this is unclear, if any on the functioning of the APs as clearly there is some config that requires the "5-lo" channels that I will no longer be getting? ...
