Hi, yesterday, I received email with the Subject: Upcoming Changes to your CMNA License Renewal program The email says that: Ongoing CMNA license renewals will retire on December 2nd, 2024 To help you continue to demo Meraki, you will receive one additional 5-year term license that starts on December 2nd 2024. No action is required on your part to receive this renewal. I have multiple devices and the question is whether all of them receives the new 5y license. Do you know? hi, If I have lets say 2 licenses for MX67 in co-termination mode and add the third MX67. Is there a way to add this new MX and somehow use the current licenses so the end date would be shortened. The point is not to buy the third license. Is it possible? tnank you

same problem here. my setup is MX67W (17.10.2) -> MR33. Both of them are configured with 802.1x SSID. Clients use EAP-TLS. Everything works on MR33 but doesn't work on MX67W (it worked before). EAP-PEAP works on both of them.

MR33, 28.7.1, macOS, iOS and iPadOS with certificates and ISE and works fine. Once, I had the same issue and restarting the mac helped. Never had issue with iOS/iPadOS.

OK, question is answered: All licenses will continue to be renewed until October 29, 2022. After this date, Meraki will no longer issue free CMNA promotional gear license renewals. Previous licenses will still be valid until their expiration date, but the process of obtaining a license has changed to one of two methods depending on whether you are a Cisco SE, or a partner. Cisco SE can renew licenses through Cisco’s Employee Purchase Program while partners can renew licenses through Cisco’s Not-For-Resale program.

OK, and how about design with many branches and every branch has few devices using different VLANs (PC, VoIP, IP Cam, etc). MX67w would be enough to connect the devices. So my understanding is that if I want VLANs on branches I would need to configure static routing in order to route traffic across the VPN and every branch added later would require to configure static routes everywhere. If I don't care about VLANs then I am fine regarding routing. Correct? (I work with routers, etc. and these things work there and I am trying to find differences in case someone asks me about suggested design 🙂 ) thank you

Hi, I have the CMNA gear (MX67 - deployment setting is set to routed). I would like to configure dynamic routing protocol between MX and Mikrotik (LAN side). I thought this is supported but I am starting to realise that it is not. Am I correct, or am I missing something because I cannot see the OSPF configuration anywhere. thank you

yes, MX67. IPS on - 450Mbps, IPS off - 800Mbps. They had to slow it down in a software because like 2months ago, the speed with IPS on was 660Mbps.

Hi, let's pretend I have 25/10Mbps internet line. How to configure the QoS so when I watch the camera streams (located in the internet) which are 15Mbps combined and then I start downloading the file (from internet) so the camera stream is not effected by this download? I tried to configure Traffic shaping rules but the camera streams always starts to break up when I start downloading. Is it possible with Meraki? thank you
