Yes there is a difference @EricWenger .  MV has the possibility of having up from 1 to 3 licenses depending on your needs.   1.  MV License in general is required for management, viewing, support, warranty, and all the things really to get you going.  So with every MV hardware you would need to get a MV license to start.  https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Meraki_Licensing_FAQs    2.  MV Cloud Archive - OPTIONAL - and is there if you wish to store video in the cloud.  https://documentation.meraki.com/MV/Initial_Configuration/MV_Cloud_Archive   3.  MV Sense - OPTIONAL - all Organizations come with 10 free MV Sense licenses and this is really around going deep on your analytics for what the MV cameras can offer with customization and a variety of machine learning applications .  https://meraki.cisco.com/lib/pdf/meraki_datasheet_mv_sense.pdf    So you need to make sure you have #1 to start and get you going and the other 2 are completely optional. ... Oh hey, maybe the Summary Reports will work for you?   Under Organization > Monitor > Summary report you can view the summary report for your MX network. In that report is the Top N blocked sites shown a few different ways:   You can set these reports up to be emailed to you every day/week/month etc. It's not real-time alerting to blocked URLs, but you can see every day what was blocked the previous day in an email to your inbox.  ...
