Yes there is a difference @EricWenger .  MV has the possibility of having up from 1 to 3 licenses depending on your needs.   1.  MV License in general is required for management, viewing, support, warranty, and all the things really to get you going.  So with every MV hardware you would need to get a MV license to start.  https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Meraki_Licensing_FAQs    2.  MV Cloud Archive - OPTIONAL - and is there if you wish to store video in the cloud.  https://documentation.meraki.com/MV/Initial_Configuration/MV_Cloud_Archive   3.  MV Sense - OPTIONAL - all Organizations come with 10 free MV Sense licenses and this is really around going deep on your analytics for what the MV cameras can offer with customization and a variety of machine learning applications .  https://meraki.cisco.com/lib/pdf/meraki_datasheet_mv_sense.pdf    So you need to make sure you have #1 to start and get you going and the other 2 are completely optional. ... Hey adten! Method 1 in the documentation UCcert linked is gonna be your best bet. Meraki spoke configurations point to a particular hub network on the dashboard, and ultimately don't care which model MX is within that network. As long as you add the new MX450 to the same network that the old MX100 was in, all of the spokes will re-negotiate their tunnels to the Public IP and Port of the new MX450. Overall the only change that is made is which hardware serial is claimed to your Hub network and turning VPN back "on" for that network, the spoke configurations will be left alone.    Let me know if you have any other questions!       ... Looks like the AP is losing cloud connectivity due to poor signal quality for the mesh link. Are you able to move the repeater closer to the gateway AP to see if it stabilizes? That or maybe tweak how the external antennas are attached to make sure they have a direct line of sight with the gateway AP. If you can't move anything, Meraki support will at least be able to confirm if my theory is true so it's worth opening up a case with them.  ... View more

Hey Greg,    It looks like at this time there's no way to do a shared iPad deployment while also disabling the Guest Mode feature separately.    -Donovan Edit: It looks like Apple has recently introduced the ability to do this, but, we have not implemented it yet into our solution. Thanks,   Yes to clarify, it's neither of those, it's the Analytics/Location API (under General for a site) - which requires a URL to post data to, and then a secret, which is exchanged when the data is sent to verify it's source.   That secret is disappearing when firmware is updated, and so the data is no longer accepted at the receiving end (as the sender can no longer be verified).     It's consistently happening across more customers as /when firmware updates are being rolled out to the MR range of devices so far.   ...
