@PhilipDAth is correct here. There are no "upgrade" license SKUs for the vMX sizes. If you currently have a small vMX deployed and would like a large vMX, you will have to purchase a large license and deploy a new instance for the large vMX.

Hey Stask! The Z3's do have to be in their own individual networks, the same as our MX appliances. If you're looking to manage these networks in bulk, I'd definitely recommend using configuration templates to help with the configs at scale. Documentation on config templates found here: https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Templates_and_Config_Sync/Managing_Multiple_Networks_with_Configuration_Templates Let me know if you have any questions! -Donovan

Hey RumorConsumer! What model AP is it? And when you say claimed, you mean claimed into a network? Or just claimed to your dashboard inventory? I'd also suggest a factory reset like CptCrnch. If you want, you can connect to the setup SSID and then navigate to "setup.meraki.com" in your web browser to hit the APs local status page, it may tell you that it's having trouble connecting back to the Meraki cloud, and you can double-check the uplink configuration as well to see if it still has an uplink IP set. -Donovan

Hi seanmathias! At this time API calls related to licensing are only available for Per-Device Licensing organizations as you've already noticed. There's no word on if there will be endpoints for Co-Term organizations in the future, but I encourage you to make-a-wish on the dashboard so that our API development team can see that this is something our end-users are looking for. Let me know if you have any other questions! -Donovan

Hey Stew! All Meraki switches support LACP groups of up to 8 ports, and as cmr said you can do so between physically stacked switches. Further documentation on our implementation of LACP can be found here: https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Port_and_VLAN_Configuration/Switch_Ports#Link_Aggregation Let us know if you have any other questions! 🙂 -Donovan

That's the plan! Although there won't be a structured series, just short videos of info I think will be helpful. My idea for the next video is a quick and dirty walkthrough of Auto VPN troubleshooting with Wireshark.

Hello there! I also wanted to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Donovan and I am also a Technical Evangelist on Meraki's Training and Evangelism team. CJ already summarized pretty well what it is we do in his intro post, but to recap, I help train our Partners, Customers, and Cisco Engineers through various training programs such as ECMS1, ECMS2, and CMNA. I've been a part of the Meraki family for about 2 years and a few months now. I'm a recent college grad, and Meraki is actually my first job after graduation. I started on the Network Support team as a Support Engineer believe it or not! I transitioned to this trainer roll early last spring. I also fell in love with the simplicity and beauty of Meraki, and love sharing that with as many people as I can. Fun fact about myself: I know how to juggle! I appreciate you taking the time to read this over, and I'm looking forward to seeing you around the community!

For content filtering events, Syslog is what you want. In terms of scaling, one email alert per content filter block can get out of hand quickly depending on the size of your user base, as well as their inclination to try and reach blocked categories. We do have email alerts for Malware that you can set due to the severity of that type of traffic.
