Hi, I have a user using SSO that can see the camera when he login to the webpage but not using the app on his phone (iPhone). It's just shows no device.

Well as it works on other SSID without geting a splash I think it is. But other computers does not have this problem.

Yes and I don't get it on an other SSID that is from the same AP etc. I have reset the network and everything. I can se that the connection also is w8 on confirmation from the splash page. But as ther is none it will not work.

Hi, I have a Windows 10 computer that till show a splash page while i connect to our SSID. All other computer connecting to the same SSID does not have this. If I try to connect to another SSID on the same AP there is no problem.

I think with the latest update there is a button for SSO. Before you hade to klick on the logo 3-5 times. And then you enter your SSo subdomain.

@joe It's been soon 2½ year and no update no news no nothing. Please share information on the progress of implementing SSO to the app. I think it's crucial to all users of the app.

Hi, I have all my MR36 in a WiFi template and want to add the MT10 in to that. But the MT10 is not addable to my WiFi networks just the appliancenetwork i have. And there is no MR36 in them.

No can I have a WiFi templet (only WiFi) in a combined network. All my WiFi should be the same but switches and MX is very different in every network.

I need to get a log of people that has access to the camera and see if they look at a video. This is because the camera is in public place at work and we are not allowed to monitor. Just watch it in case of theft or other circumstances
