@AxL1971 15dBm isn't particularly high, but could be reduced, are there any overrides to the APs in that area? If you go to the radio settings page in the dashboard, you can see the current settings and click to confirm if there are overrides:

What errors are you seeing in the logs of the APs and the RADIUS server?

What MX firmware version are you running? Do you have more than one subnet on the IPSEC VPN?

We had set lots of manual overrides and then found that in open plan, the automatic settings actually work better. How many clients are you getting on a radio/band on a busier AP?

Echoing what @PhilipDAth said, WPA3 Transition Mode is useless and should be avoided at all costs. WPA3-PSK is much better, but will still generate some issues particularly with Android devices in my experience.

@Liong-SK it will provide details of traffic passing through it from other devices, but it is client specific rather than port specific.

We had a Head Office with ~75 people, all using Windows PCs with files at the Data centre, over the SD-WAN. Accounts often opened 2-300MB of linked spreadsheets without any problems. This was over a 400/400 and 100/100 at the HQ and a pair of Gig lines at the DC.

Unless you are only trunking 1 VLAN then the access links will cause issues. Either way, they should 100% all be the same.

@Switches to connect the two networks you would need something like a Meraki MX firewall/router at each site. A Meraki MS is simply for connecting local devices within a site. You would be better to setup your Meraki dashboard with two networks, one for each location and have one switch in each, otherwise the reporting will be confusing.

@DevinM they should all be the same, trunk if you have more than one VLAN that needs to go from MS to MX, access if only one.

I just happened to test the wireless performance when I'm connected to a CW9166I with a very low signal, as my experience seemed fine, and it's actually pretty good:

It's definitely a new feature as the documentation is from 1st November and it requires firmware 19.1.4 or later. Looks very useful! Thanks @RWelch and @Holli69 for bringing it to my attention.

@Jujubee with Meraki switches, all VLANs are already there, just assign one to an access port or more to a trunk port. It is actually very simple once you get used to it.
