Thanks Philip. I was finally able to run some tests and validate the best approach. I believe the group policy would be the easiest one. But I couldn't figure out whether I would be able to see the IoT device if I am connected to the guest SSID. Guest users are usually separated from the network. Thanks in advance Ned

Hi all, First, let me wish to all the Meraki community an amazing year in 2023! I have a question regarding the connection of IoT devices. There are some topics on the forum but it is not exactly what I'm looking for. My question is: Is there a way to easily whitelist an IoT device (google nest, sonos...) on a SSID where an external captive portal is set up? Hi, We have built a monitoring tool to get an aggregate visibility on all the clients from an organization. If you are not using configuration templates and you make changes along the way, you can experience some configuration drift from the initial parameters and there is no way to go reverse all the changes at once. We are addressing large Meraki organizations and MSPs who deal with multiple networks environment and for whom the native dashboard is too limited.

Hi team, In our next release we are building a tool that will provide a back up for configuration versions. The idea is to address configuration drift by giving a way to restore a saved configuration. Hi Akram, Thanks to the captive portal API, you can design by HTML and host your own splash page. You can also use an external service so that you don't have to do customer development. Hi guys, I am still not familiar with all the features included in the APIs so I request your help. Here is a list of need from a meraki user and I am wondering wether it is embeded in the Meraki dashboard natively or we need to use the API to get the info: Availability of the equipments (I guess dashboard) Intrusion attempts, virus, attacks detected and rejected (API?) Hi guys, It's still January so I wish you all the best for 2019! We have been asked to work on a dashboard that would display wifi users based on their rssi signals on a floor plan. The client wants to monitor the quality of service with red/orange/green colour of each of his site. I guess we need to use both dashboard and location API to do that but is it feasible?
