Unless you’re running 160 MHz wide channels on 6 GHz and 80 MHz on 5 GHz and both channels are utilised at the same time by clients directly below the AP you’ll never use more than 1 Gbps anyway. so a normal office running 20 MHz on 5 GHz and 80 on 6 GHz won’t get anywhere close to 1 Gbps.

I use ISE and and 802.11r is available... PMF aka 802.11w will disable 802.11r Protected Management Frames (802.11w) can be used to prevent client spoofing, but when it is required Fast Roaming (802.11r) is not supported.

Should be fine. Just leave one of the 2.4/5 leads disconnected. That should leave the remaining 3 dual band leads, the BLE/IoT, and the scanning radio leads to connect.
