@Kevin_C and @Noah_Salzman Thank you so much for listening to my venting and getting this resolved. It is GREATLY APPRECIATED. I can confirm that the functionality is back in place and my school district's students iPads are now getting the correct profiles and removing the old profiles as expected.

Maybe too many new attempts on the servers because of Corona, there are several servers fighting with requests the last days.

Updating worked for me as well. Support was totally useless and wasn't even aware of this issue existing. They were trying to troubleshoot everything else first. Update the app is a simple fix. Looking forward to migrating to Jamf sometime this year.

Update: @vassallon has posted an update which I'm testing now. I think in my case Activation Lock will need to be disabled through the privacy payload. Whether this has a negative impact on our current situation will need to be tested. -Luke

Sounds like a bug, I'd contact with Meraki Support.

It appears that our connections have returned back to before. As devices are responding to notifications. Will continue to monitor this for any other quirks or signs of issues, but it appears to be fixed, for us, once again.
