If your ISP is 1Gig pipe you'd def want to set it at 1000 up/down so the MX knows it's bandwidth limits. The only other thing I might suggest is doing a factory reset on your MX105 to allow it to pull the config from the cloud again to see if there was perhaps some hiccup.

You would also want to double check the native VLAN and make sure it's set correctly under Switching > Configure > Switch Settings under the VLAN Configuration. All must align correctly for the management VLAN.

What are your VLAN numbers (Security & SD-WAN > Configure > Addressing & VLANs under Routing) IF your default VLAN subnet 192.168.125 is likely the default VLAN (say it's VLAN # is 125) and your client VLAN 192.168.2 (say it's VLAN # is 2) you would set it as: Native VLAN = 125 Allow VLANs = 2,125 (allow vlan 2 comma vlan 125) You would also need to configure the trunk UPLINK on the MS120 to reflect the same (STP disabled on the TRUNK uplink to the MX)

I’d have a tough time with the wait and see approach. If there is an impact to business the RMA would be the route I’d lean on/toward. Just my 2 cents.

The default 192 subnet is likely the native vlan (set trunk downlink to ms120 as that vlan) and in the allowed vlans on the downlink allow both the native vlan and client vlan.

The VPN setting for either 192 subnet would need to be enabled on the spoke (MX64W) to be able to go to the HQs hub which is checked as the default route. what ever you toggle on for VPN enabled (192 subnet) would be set as access vlan on the MX port for clients. the downlink to the ms120 would typically have a native vlan for management of the switch plus whatever 192 subnets your clients use.

Is the switch set with a static IP or DHCP? Based on what info you shared, it sounds like the switch simply lost connectivity with the dashboard (cloud). I would first be inclined to look at the switch if it's set to DHCP or static IP then look at the uplink port to be sure it's set right with native VLAN and allowed VLANs. The MRs likely followed suit due to the switch losing connectivity to the dashboard (cloud).

I too would be interested in hearing/learning about other's approach. I tend to allocate a separate RF profile to each AP in order to be able to adjust RX/TX pwr and channel selection between adjacent APs. This might not be the most ideal solution if you have a lot of APs. The wifi client determines which AP it connects to and when to roam.

If I am tracking correctly, you show 1 native VLAN plus 5 other VLANs. How many SSIDs are you using on this AP? If it were me, I'd be inclined to prune ONLY the SSIDs being used to reduce the broadcast overhead. Just my 2 cents.
