Error P / You don't have any hardware

Hello all!
I work at an MSP, and we acquired a client using Meraki Go.
The outgoing company invited us to the Meraki Go portal, but all i get is "Error P" when changing sites.
Being "in the site" (i cant even confirm if im even in it) i see "You dont have any hardware".

I saw a forum post in august about this error and it was apparently resolved as it was an internal issue on the platfom.

However im encountering this myself. Anyone know any tricks or how to address this?

I cant even generate a support ticket in the web UI or app as it just errors out as well.

Meraki Go Portal

Alternatively, you can also open a case from your Meraki Go portal, by selecting Contact Support from the user icon dropdown in the top right (or by clicking this link).

Meraki Go - Support or you can try emailing help@meraki-go.com, though submitting a case via the dashboard/app is usually preferred for quicker resolution as it links your network info.

I wonder if this relates to the "end of sale" and upcoming "end of support" for Meraki Go.
