Unifi is an option but comes with its own mixed bag of issues. They do offer a good amount of hardware at very competitive pricing and has a good amount of features with that feature set growing. That being said a lot of features as STILL being worked on with no ETA in site. Also the free support is hit or miss with many responses having users posting in the forums or sending links to Youtube for resolution. They just started offering "paid" support but I haven't heard of anyone using it and this isn't their first time offering paid support.  In short there are MANY of other vendors that offer very low annual cost or no cost at all it is what solution that works for a user/admin.    The one direct comment I will say is saying Unifi is better quality than Meraki isn't a full view picture.
