@3F-Nicolas : If a device is still in a network after being factory reset, it will redownload its previous configuration when it comes back online. This includes any previously assigned static ip addresses. @Flamengo The AP needs to be powered up on the same country of Regulatory domain. You can’t change the Regulator to Brazil if AP is powered on in UK as an example

@ISF-Dessilly : Check this snapshot below and If the device has been supervised with DEP, the profile may not be removable. To re-enroll the device, update the DEP settings in Dashboard if necessary, then factory reset the device.

@antmich MR86 APs have four dual-band antenna ports (and therefore do not have 2.4 or 5GHz labels). None of these ports should be left unconnected because all four ports will always be active even if one radio is disabled. MR86 APs should have all four antenna ports connected, and with the same type of antennas with the same orientation.
