@ISF-Dessilly : Check this snapshot below and If the device has been supervised with DEP, the profile may not be removable. To re-enroll the device, update the DEP settings in Dashboard if necessary, then factory reset the device.

@antmich MR86 APs have four dual-band antenna ports (and therefore do not have 2.4 or 5GHz labels). None of these ports should be left unconnected because all four ports will always be active even if one radio is disabled. MR86 APs should have all four antenna ports connected, and with the same type of antennas with the same orientation.

@Flamengo19 : por favor encontre o procedimento Manually Adding Licenses Within the Meraki dashboard, navigate to Organization > Configure > License info. Select the link to Add another license. For the Operation, choose "License more devices". Enter the License key in the box provided. Enter the key exactly as provided, including dashes. Choose Add license.
