What kind of Client VPN solution are you using? Are you by any chance using AnyConnect?   If so, and you have configured SAML for authentication with AnyConnect, you can dynamically assign group policies to users, depending on which group they may be assigned in Entra ID. For reference, this is also described in https://community.meraki.com/t5/Security-SD-WAN/AnyConnect-SAML-Group-Policy-assignment/m-p/137691   It is currently only available as a hidden feature, so you'll have to have Meraki Support to enable it. ... Aren't they Catalyst 9300 switches? If they are, you can download the firmware from the link, and upgrade them to 17.15.3 and from there run the Meraki Service.   Only Catalyst 9k switches can be Meraki managed, and even so there is only a subset currently supported. ... View more

It's not something I've noticed on the few MX95/105 I've configured. I did have one MX105 a few months ago that didn't seem to get the correct uplink configuration from the dashboard, but I contributed that more towards us doing many things simultaneously and had some errors in the config. So I won't necessarily say it's something I noticed before.    But it should take the WAN2 config made on the dashboard. Remember that WAN1 and WAN2 both have shared interfaces with an SFP port and an RJ45. Also, the MX105 (at least) sets the WAN mode to SFP or RJ45 at boot time. Which is also why you cannot hot swap from SFP to RJ45 on the go. Not sure about NPS but for Cisco ISE, one caveat with just adding the entire Management network in is that then using the Live Log for troubleshooting you will only see the NAD as the subnet, and not the device itself, as the NAD is created on the configured IP address. There is not API to convert a Catalyst Switch in Catalyst persona, to Meraki Persona. You'll probably need to follow the guide as described in https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Cloud-Native_IOS_XE/Migration_from_CLI-managed_Catalyst_Switches_to_Meraki-managed_Mode   You might be able to write a python script that will log into your CLI managed switch, and fire the conversion commands, while grabbing the Meraki Cloud ID (serial number). Just note, that once the switch has been converted, you will not be able to receive output on the console port. So if you miss the Cloud ID when converting, you may need to open a Support Case, for them to retrieve the Cloud ID (if they are able to).  ... View more

If this is simply a question of giving one MSP access to the dashboard, and revoking another from it, as others have mentioned it is nothing more than adding the new MSP as an administrator to the Meraki Organization. If you are not able to do so, you may need to request your current MSP to add the other MSP.    If you are in fact looking to move all the configuration from one Meraki Organization to another, you are out of luck. There is not mechanism to move configuration between Organizations. You'll have to manually configure the new Organization. You may want to leverage the Meraki API to ease the migration, but you'll most likely need to build the software yourself.  Meraki Support will also not be able to assist in moving configuration from A to B.  ... When you do the failover from the active to standby, is the active also the Primary MX? What are you pinging, and from what?   What setting do you have on the WAN Failover and Failback?   The graceful settings behaves in such a way that when a failover occurs, and flows going out WAN1 will not failover to WAN2 immediately, and fall back to WAN1, once that connection is restored. What exactly do you need to provide access to? Does the user just need to configure ports on a specific switch?   You can use Switch Port Management, and assign these privileges to the user.
