I prefer real music not some generic tune playing on a loop as I had to listen to while calling one company the other day, I spent 15 minutes listening to some random tuned played on a flute..... Some comedy would be different, I think it would be nice to have a laugh during what is usually a frustrating wait.

@NolanHerring Yes HTTP will show a block page, HTTPS wont so you normally get a server error/timed out message. The is normal will most vendors unless you are using some form of DPI-SSL / MITM

As Philip mentioned Switch > Switch or Switch > MX use trunk Switch > client device use access (i.e. computer, Phone, CCTV, WAP)

I agree with Nolan Meraki isn't really designed to be used as a sign in tool, why not just have visitors sign in using a tablet at the entrance or even more basic get someone to stand at the front door with a clicker to count the number of people as they walk in?

I agree with Jared, I find it doesn't work on Macs anymore either. I have just tested trying to take screenshots from a Windows 10 and Windows 7 device and both of them failed.

I think only Windows 7 and above are currently supported. Windows 7 is no longer supported by MS so users really should be moving to Windows 10

Never had a device brick itself but I am currently working with support on my home MX as it isn't reliable with any firmware newer than version 12.24 I have upgraded and downgraded many times without issue.

@harrys The free licenses come from a time where Meraki wasn't owned by Cisco im pretty sure. The free licenses also have limitations.

@peterwarwick Are you trying to put any off charactors into the network name? Illegal charactors shouldn't work as I've just tried to create a 💩 network as a test. You dont have a network with the same new already?

All I can say is licensing is very confusing and ou pretty much need to have a Doctorate in physics to work it out. I would save yourself time and pass the query onto your account manager.

What app are you trying to install. This usually happens when the MDM is trying to install an app that already comes bundled on the Apple TV, the best way around this is usually to factory reset the Apple TV removing the bundled app. This issue is common on iPads as they come bunled with iMovie, Garageband etc.
