did you als try connect the mx to a "normal" internet router where all traffic is allowed? is it also taking 20-40 minuten then? its possible that it can 't connect using the default ports and its going to try other ports

it should be right next to it. probably a permissions issue. your not admin but on read only permission? if your admin try another webbrowser

no command line. go to switchports. pres the + to add more columns and select vlan. you can use the search to filter on vlan or tags or duplex etc

no and no. its hard to save and display 30months view of every second. most vendors display only average of 5 minute interval. if you look at longer period the interval may not be 5 min but 15 or something.

what band are they on? is the wifi coverage for that band sufficient? did they replace the AP or also put the in a new position based on a sitesurvey? are the adaptive wifi settings on the phone disabled?

if you dont see it in your inventory you can't add it to a network and you won't see the security appliance tab. how about the license is that one added? try add the serial again? Any error?

what guard you referring to? meraki does not let you tweak timers. its intended to be easy to setup and just work.

your polycom firmware is up to date? why use two different native vlans on your trunks?, make both trunk the same . if it stil l not works try test with access vlan 10.

you can create the svi's and attach the subnets before apllying them to the Access port.

if you don't have the configs you would probably expect the router to have layer3 ports.
