tether to your laptop and share the connection to your Ethernet port. or micro usb to ethernet if your phone supports this. (not sure if you can share the 3-4g or wifi then to the ethernet..)

where you did a speed test? did you also perform a test at the mx with dashboard tool? what speed you see there? and when testing from MR with the dashboard tool? no shaping on the mx or mr? did you test after working hours?

Hi, you are posting on the meraki forum. I think you are talking about the Cisco Industrial Ethernet 3000? if it worked fine before its probably a hardware defect. check the show log for any indication and/or create a tac case if it stil has service.

you just put the two routers in the same vlan. you dont need any multicast because this traffic is only for this two routers and would not leave the vlan. if you have the correct subnet and mask on your svi you should be able to ping the from your svi/switch. if not then maybe default your switch once.

sometimes the native vlan is required for example a cisco iOS switch passes protocols like cdp vtp etc on the native vlan. i don't think meraki "needs" it but just keep the native the same between two switches then ur ok. yes you can add native also to allowed vlan list , its best to choose a vlan your not using for cliënts. https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Port_and_VLAN_Configuration/Recommended_Configuration_for_Trunk_Link_to_Non-Meraki_Switches

enable band steering. set minimum bitrate to 12 or up. make sure your client driver are up to date. you could also make a seperate ssid for 5ghz only.

does the throughtput test on the AP gives you +/- 100Mbps? any errors on the switchport of the AP your connected? did you try other cliënts? is the current utilization of the AP's low? when your client is connected and you check the AP, What channel is the client on?

its not wrong . it is how its connected. you unfortunately can't change what is shown first. not sure if your hp switch runs lldp by default , you could turn this on so its reconized in the topology

if you change the DNS server your client still request the same content/URL. for amp, i dont think this works based on dns but more like comparing a file hash to a known database

basicly a vlan is a "separate" switch. you put your mr33 on a switch trunk port(port with more vlans) with the wanted vlans(guest and corperate). also u make a access port with the vlan you defined for guest and u can connect the isp router here. at your guest ssid settings you assign the same vlan for guest. https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/Client_Addressing_and_Bridging/VLAN_Tagging_on_MR_Access_Points

i wonder if sip at meraki also reconize rtp or only signaling. if not, you would be better of adding the voip subnet to the rule. not sure why a email server need high priority.

hmmmm win10 in vm is slow. linux in vm is great. im using win10 as main os and others in vm. did you run windows on ssd before?
