Hi sflitcraft, Welcome to Meraki Community 🙂 Is the issue only happening on this specific AP? For how long did you try the factory reset - can you try for at least 35 seconds? Have you tried connected the AP directly to the switchport (bypassing patch panels) with a brand new cable? Have you tried forcing negotiating 1GB on the switchport? Did it work? Have you upgraded the APs to the latest stable firmware version? Additional info - Duplex mismatches affecting physical link speed and Ethernet Link Negotiation on Cisco Meraki APs Troubleshooting - Ethernet Uplink Speed Degraded Please, keep in mind that this alert could take approx. 15-20 min to disappear after negotiated the speed as expected.

Managed to resolve the issue. The MT0 battery had died but the device still registered on the console as connected. Fixed by connecting a USB power supply.

I can live with the decision to turn off a notice for a feature or capability that has never been part of any of my networks or organizations. On the bright side, I've provided dashboard feedback, opened a support case and provided feedback to the community page. Perhaps others can do the same so we don't have to toggle off the non-critical banners aspect too. Perhaps future MX appliance models won't include this depreciated USB modem feature or capability and eventually this super annoying notice goes away.

Try a different patch lead, patch port, switch port etc. You could also try manually setting the speed at 100Mbps and see if it stays stable on that speed.

The only devices that will be connecting on the 6Ghz spectrum will be corporate laptops. Lenovo Thinkpad's that are at most 3 years old. Some will have the older AX201 chipset and some the newer AX211 chipset that supports 6Ghz. We only allow non corporate devices/IoT on the 2.4 Ghz.

It should. TMGmatrix shows that the T-X is supported on the C9300X-24Y. And the Meraki document that covers Cisco optics compatibility says this: Cisco Optics Compatibility Many of the Cisco Optics that are compatible* with the native Catalyst Switch platform (ex. C9300-24S) are also compatible with the corresponding Cloud Managed/Monitored Catalyst Switch Platform (ex.: C9300-24S-M) including the MS390. • This includes: 1/10/25/40/100G SFP/QSFP fixed wavelength fiber and copper transceivers,

In early access (organization -> early access) you can enable the VLAN profiles feature. In there you can create VLAN names for VLAN ID's. And subsequently you can use them on access ports and for native vlan in trunks. https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/VLAN_Profiles You can also define VLAN groups there which are comma lists of VLAN ID's for use on trunk allowed vlan lists.
