Hi All We have a business unit that is in the mid of relocating away from us into their own company, previously when they were still with us, we setup their devices and license under a new network zone in our Meraki. Since they will be establishing on their own, I understand for physical devices I could simply un-register from my inventory, and they will be able to claim from their own Meraki dashboard but how do I transfer the licenses to their new Meraki dashboard? Please note that aside knowing their customer number and support passcode I don't have any access to their Meraki.

Hi Greenman Thank you for your advice, this is a good start. So, from my understanding if we decide to stay on premise then we will still have to go with the hardware controller to manage my existing C9120AXI AP model. With the new hardware controller, we also have the option in the near future (as long as the model is not EOL) to monitor this hardware controller in the Meraki dashboard? The other way around is to redesign the whole wireless environment by bringing in the proper MR-AP model and run the setup and configuration in the Meraki dashboard?

Hi All I have a Cisco Embedded Wireless Controller on Catalyst Access Points running on ISO version 17.9.4.27 The AP model been registered to the EWC is C9120AXI-K We are looking at licensing it the devices and migrating them over to Meraki. I am currently looking for some guide or advises if anyone has done this before? Thank you very much for time and attention!

Hi All Network Guru. I have just setup 3 stacked MS225 switches and it has a single uplink to a FS core switch. I decide to setup a dual uplink for redundancy purposes and so I went ahead and configured 2 aggregate port on the Meraki (port26 on switch27 and port 49 on switch 29) and FS end. But as soon as I switch from the single uplink and connected to the aggregate port on the Meraki end, the entire stacked went offline. I am wondering if this is because BPDU guard is enable on the Meraki end? I am trying to get some idea where I can start troubleshooting and what is likely the cause of it so any pointers will be greatly appreciated! Whereas Over at the FS end I realize that the BPDU guard is disable I read from the community forum and I understand that for uplink it is better to enable loop guard instead, as BPDU guard are enable on the access and client end to prevent spanning tree
