Client VPN not connecting-Bad Technical Support

We are asking for an update on when can this be fixed. We are losing millions at the moment since most of our are people working from home because of the pandemic. I was able to contact the Support team after an hour of waiting and he just hangs up on me. 😡😠

@D2Flores : Tough time, understand you pain. Follow-up is there on the below tread. They found the issue and fix is on the way. Waiting for the ETA.
