Shady Domains

What's your thoughts on proactively adding these top shady domains to content filtering?

They are probably already in the content filtering "malware" category.  Unless you want to devote a lot of time to it, I wouldn't personally do it.

I am amused, and at the same time slightly saddened (since I worked for an Accounting/ERP VAR previously) that .accountants is a shady top level domain
