Notification for when a managed Windows device returns online after being offline

Does anyone know how to queue systems manager to send notification to admin when a device comes back online and checks into systems manager?  I think this would be an incredibly handy feature for locating devices and performing tasks on devices that only can be done when a system is online, such as screenshots and command line.

@Rwilliams the current alert options only allow you to receive notifications when a device goes offline for a certain period of time. You maybe able to do something using webhooks or the API.
