Manage Splash Authorizations — Now Available in Organization Users

We’re happy to announce a new feature on the Organization Users page: Splash Authorization Management.

With this feature, Meraki organization admins can more easily manage user access to Meraki Splash, also known as the "captive portal," for protected networks. You can create, edit, and remove user credentials for Splash pages across your entire Meraki Organization in one place. This makes it faster to onboard guests, contractors, or temporary staff.

Some key benefits include:
  • Centralized control: Manage all Splash page users in one place and keep your access policies consistent across networks. You no longer have to search through different Meraki networks to add, update, or remove users.
  • API Integration: Our current beta APIs let you automate Splash user management and set up credentials. These APIs make it simple to connect with your workflows and third-party systems, giving you more ways to manage user access as your needs change.
  • Enhanced security: You can monitor and update user credentials to help keep your Splash-protected networks secure and compliant. The new “Revoke All” button lets you remove users’ access to Splash and ClientVPN across multiple networks in your organization.

These updates make it easier to give secure, customizable network access to your users, guests, and teams.

Go to Organization > Users in your Meraki Dashboard to try it out today.
